National Standards

NAAN's  National Standards 1 and 2 on the Recruitment and Retention of Appropriate Adults, were approved by the NAAN Board, after consultation with the membership and other stakeholders, in March 2005. 

The NAAN National Standard 3 on Training was approved by the NAAN Board in December 2005.

The NAAN National Standard 4 on Service Delivery was also approved by the NAAN Board in December 2005.

 

We have developed a standards self assessment tool for members, which is available on the member-only section of the site.
